Councilwoman Lauren McLean files paperwork making candidacy official
Boise – Boise City Councilwoman Lauren McLean filed her Declaration of Candidacy today, making it official that she intends to run for Seat One on the Boise City Council. This seat is being vacated by Councilman Alan Shealy upon his retirement, and is a full four-year term.
McLean plans to make a strong urban core, vibrant neighborhoods with world-class schools, and Boise’s unrivaled quality of life central to her focus on building an economy that provides all Boise citizens with exceptional economic opportunity in the future.
McLean’s campaign has built bi-partisan support as she focuses on her priorities and works with people across this City who share them. “I appreciate the support I’ve received from people across this community and ask Boise citizens to vote for me on Election Day.
